Short Programs Refund Policy
If a participant withdraws 30 days or more prior to course commencement, they may transfer to another available class start date or receive a refund. If notification is provided less than 30 days but more than two weeks prior to the course commencement, the participant will be issued a credit. If less than 2 weeks notice is provided, the participant forfeits the total amount paid.
Merchandise Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts Boutique purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us to request a Return Authorization prior to returning the item(s). Unauthorized returned items will be refused.
Items returned must be in original packing, unaltered and resalable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Full credit will not be given for returned items that do not meet these requirements and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are non-refundable.
All return items must be sent pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping returns, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value. In the event that your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
