Our state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchens provide ample room to work in an intimate learning environment.
Two Training Kitchens are dedicated to students in the first portion of their training where they are introduced to the fundamentals of French Classical and International cuisine. From there, students advance to our Catering, Restaurant, Patisserie and Bread Kitchens.
In our Advanced Kitchens, Culinary Arts students participate in on- and off-site catered events and operate our on-site restaurant, Bistro 101. Students rotate throughout the different stations, learning the intricacies of cooking on a line as well as front-of-house guest service.
Baking & Pastry Arts students supply a variety of fresh breads, pastries and exquisite desserts for Bistro 101 and Bakery 101. Training in our Advanced Kitchens ensures students gain ‘real world’ experience, which prepares graduates for successful employment in the industry.
