NEW FOR 2019: THE CLASSIC COCKTAIL SERIES

WHISK(E)Y BUSINESS

THURSDAY, MARCH 7th

6:00PM - 8:30PM

$100 + GST

Are you a budding mixologist eager to perfect the bar service at your next party, or perhaps someone who simply likes to imbibe knowledge as well as a well-crafted drink? Welcome to our new series! Offered monthly, these classes will focus on a different spirit each session, recounting trivia and history on different ingredients and cocktails followed by a demonstration on building the classics with this spirit - all paired with bites created by PICA's culinary and pastry students. You'll find that achieving flavour balance is deliciously simple, using basic ratios and your own tastebuds!

Featured in March, whisk(e)y and its iterations, bourbon and rye!
