Introducing the Next Generation of Fine Catering!

From corporate cocktail parties to gala receptions, wedding receptions to elegant private dinners, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts offers a wide variety of catering services for any size event in the Vancouver Area.

Providing both on- and off-site catering, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts offers our clients complete and customized event planning service including referrals for reasonable rentals and bartending services.

Our catering services include:

  • Choose from our sample menus: buffet, full dining, hors d'oeuvres, petits fours OR contact us to custom-design a menu for your event * 
  • Wedding Receptions (on and off-site)
  • Cocktail Parties (on and off-site)
  • Corporate Receptions (on and off-site)
  • Barbecue Events (off-site only)
  • Pick up orders (desserts, French pastries, hors d’oeuvres, etc.)
  • Service Staff
  • Breakfast in our Restaurant for your private gathering (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:30am)
  • Afternoon Tea from 3:00pm to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) or 2:00pm to 4:00pm (Saturday) in our Restaurant for private functions only
* Menus are prepared by our advanced Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts students using only the finest of ingredients available under the direction of our European-trained Chef Instructors, Tuesday to Saturday only (excluding statutory holidays) based on availability.
